Morning Prayer

In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen

Loving Creator, on this anniversary of the terrorism of 9/11/01, help us to know and to understand that lasting peace is a gift from you, but that is also a human work: the work of each one of us. Raise up among us peacemakers—men and women who will fight for peace. We trust in your mercy and love for us and for all people.

O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I offer you all my prayers, works, joys and sufferings of this day for all the intentions of Thy Sacred Heart, in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass throughout the world, in reparation for my sins and for all the intentions of our Holy Father for this month.

In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
