Band

Band Director: Jay Romines

The band at KCHS is a diverse performing ensemble.  The group performs at football games, pep rallies, other events in the KCHS community. The KCHS band will also travel to area catholic elementary schools and churches to perform. The band places a strong emphasis on individual musicianship.  Several members have participated in area festivals and clinics, with several placing in the All State Band and Orchestras. A less visible part of the program is the consistent involvement in our regions Concert Band Festival, where the KCHS band has earned a reputation for their musical style.
