Re-enrollment

Dear KCHS Families:

Knoxville Catholic High School’s administration and staff are already looking ahead and making plans for next school year.  In preparation for the start of 2017/2018, please take time now to complete re-enrollment for next year. If you have an incoming freshman, there is a separate enrollment process that you will complete at a later time. More information on this process for new students will be in your acceptance packets in mid-February.

To complete our online re-enrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb through your existing login.  If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed below.

To access ParentsWeb:

  • Please go to www.renweb.com
  • Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided. (District Code: KCHS-TN)
  • After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.

Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student(s). The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.  Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

For Catholic families, the Standard Parish Contribution form will be mailed to you. Please complete this form and have your Priest sign/date. The online re-enrollment process and the Standard Parish Contribution form need to be completed and turned into KCHS by February 24, 2017.
