Fine Arts Department

The Fine Arts Department of Knoxville Catholic High School offers course studies in a variety of visual and performing arts. One Fine Art credit must be earned for graduation; however students are encouraged to earn more. Most Fine Arts classes are offered to all grade levels.

Prerequisite: One previous high school art course.
 
Painting 1 CP   ½ Credit
Painting 2 CP    ½ Credit
Prerequisite: Painting 1 CP
 
Drawing CP    
 
Portfolio CP    
Prerequisite: Drawing 1 plus one other art course. Instructor approval required.    
 
Digital Photography CP Grades 11, 12 ½ Credit
Prerequisite: Instructor approval.
 
Band Honors   1 Credit
Prerequisite: Instructor approval.
 
Music Appreciation CP   ½ Credit
 
Chorus Honors   ½ Credit
 
Irish Ensemble Honors Grade 10, 11, 12 ½ Credit
Prerequisite: Chorus Honors. Audition required.
