From I-40W, take the Cedar Bluff Exit #378 and then take the South Cedar Bluff Road Exit #378B on the right. Turn left on Executive Park Drive. Turn right on Cedar Bluff Road. Drive .7 miles and turn right on Fox Lonas Road (this intersection has a traffic light). KCHS is on the left.

In January of 2000, Knoxville Catholic High School relocated its campus to the twenty-five acres in the heart of West Knoxville, off of Cedar Bluff Road, and minutes from Interstate 40.

The main building contains:
- Eight Classrooms
- Four Science Laboratories
- Two Computer Laboratories
- Library

- Faculty Workroom
- Student Commons Area
- A Chapel
- Guidance and Administrative Office

A second building, rented from the All Saints Parish, houses an additional sixteen classrooms and a faculty workroom. The Performance Arts Center, added in 2005, contains two classrooms and an auditorium.
Athletic facilities on the campus include:

- Gymnasium with Adjoining Locker Rooms
- Baseball Field
