Morning Prayer In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.  In this month of October, the month of the Holy Rosary, we honor Mary, our Mother by saying a Hail Mary. Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death Amen.  In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.  Announcements Birthday wishes go out today to Kennedy Noe, Ellie Wolski, Catelyn Krings and Nikki Reno. Volunteers are still needed to work at a Diocesan Retreat that will be held at KCHS on Saturday, October 21. Direct and In-direct service hours are available. If interested, please contact Mrs. Sedonna Prater at sprater@dioknox.org or at 865-862-5762 to commit to service. There has been a change in scheduling for students interested in inflating balloons. Balloon inflation will be done on Friday, October 20 after school until 6:00. Students interested in child care will assist 3 adults on Saturday, October 21, from 9:00-4:00. Volunteers please contact Mrs. Prater by the end of the day today. Good luck to the Lady Irish Volleyball team as they take on Portland High School at 1:30 p.m. today (CST) for the State Championship in Murfreesboro. Go Irish! Come out and support your Lady Irish Varsity Soccer Team as they play host to Central High School at 7:00 p.m., for the Region Championship. The Drumline will be performing, and we need students to fill the CCC section. Admission is $5. Go Irish! Please listen to the following club meetings coming up soon:
  • The Movie Club will meet in Ms. Sanok's room, B105, today during lunch. Please attend to vote on a new movie.
  • The Irish Fighting for Life Club will hold a movie night after school tomorrow afternoon. Bring a comfy chair and snacks to share.
  • The Book Club will meet at 12:00 today in room C15. All are welcome.
  • The Belize Club will meet in Mrs. Parris’ room (C16) this Friday during the first half of lunch. Current members and anyone interested in learning more about our work at Liberty Children’s Home in Belize are encouraged to attend.
